This Pontiac LeMans T-37 2-door Hardtop in Tropical Lime with Jade Green interior was built in Atlanta, GA. Doesn’t this color scheme really suit the period?
The T-37 (series 233) is the bare-bones LeMans model but don’t let that fool you. Paired up with a decent V8 you had a mean machine on your hands.
This beauty was ordered with the optional 350 cubic inch 2-barrel V8 producing 250 HP ($121) – so there is plenty of power there. It is paired up with a Turbo Hydra-Matic THM350 automatic transmission.
Pontiac produced 29,466 LeMans T-37 2-door Hardtops for 1971 at a base price of $2,807 for the six and $2,928 for the V8. Air conditioning was also ordered with this car – a $521 option. It also has Cordova Vinyl top fitted ($100).
