This is a stunning 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 442 Holiday hardtop Coupe in Gold (G code) with black Morocceen vinyl upholstery interior. It is powered by a 400 cubic inch 4-4-2 Rocket V8 engine producing 350 hp.
The 4-4-2 performance package was something that was only available on the Cutlass Supreme for 1967 – and then only available on three models; the Sport Coupe (with center b-pillar post), Holiday Coupe and Convertible. The following year it became a model in its own right. The package included a special 400 cid/350 hp engine with special cam, redline tires, special handling package and 4-4-2 emblems.
4-4-2 comes from four barrel carburetor, four-speed manual transmission and dual exhausts. Bucket seats were fitted as standard although you could opt for a bench seat.
There were 24,829 4-4-2 performance packages sold with Cutlass Supreme’s during 1967. There were 57,858 2-door Holiday Hardtops made during this year. Base price for the 2-door Holiday Hardtop was $2,831 with the 4-4-2 package an extra $184. Power brakes were $104 with power steering costing $94.

thank you for sharing these pictures. My ex and I had a 1966 Olds 442, most beautiful car we ever had. It had all the guns and whistles and was so fast. One thing I never understood, why wasn’t the 442 as popular as the GTO.
Had the exact same beast back in 1975. You didn’t need traction bars on these breast they dug in and flew. I paid $700 for it back then and traded it for a 1974 Suburban . Regretted it almost immediately.
