This 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible looks stunning in Springtime Yellow with black interior.
The ’67 was restyled with more rounded lines than in ’66. You’ll notice the very distinctive aluminum side moldings running the length of the car. Stacked headlights (introduced for 1965) were used again for 1967 although this was the last year. Another distinctive feature on 1967 Fords was the padded hub in the center of the energy-absorbing steering wheel. This, along with more padding on the interior surfaces was another push for increased safety.
For the 1967 model year Ford sold 19,068 Galaxie 500 Convertibles at a base price of $3,110.
